By accessing or using AccessReady.net (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform. AccessReady provides digital accessibility monitoring, auditing, and remediation consulting services.
2. Services and Limitations
2.1 Automated Scanning
Our "Free Quick Scan" and other automated tools provide a preliminary assessment of digital accessibility based on WCAG standards. Automated scans can only detect a portion of potential accessibility barriers.
2.2 No Legal Advice
The Platform, its reports, and its automated tools do not constitute legal advice or formal certification of compliance with any law, including the ADA, Section 508, or AODA. Full compliance requires manual testing by qualified professionals.
2.3 Expert Triage
Professional remediation plans and "Expert Triage" results are based on the state of your digital properties at the time of audit. Subsequent changes to your website may impact accessibility status.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when requesting audits or triage services.
- You are responsible for implementing suggested remediation measures on your own systems.
- You may not use our automated tools to conduct unauthorized high-frequency scraping of third-party websites.
4. Intellectual Property
The "AccessReady" name, logo, proprietary scanning algorithms, and "Human Impact" storytelling engine are the exclusive property of AccessReady.net. Users are granted a limited license to use individual audit reports for internal business purposes only.
5. Limitation of Liability
AccessReady.net shall not be liable for any legal claims, penalties, or losses resulting from your failure to achieve full accessibility compliance, regardless of whether you followed recommendations provided by our platform.
